A.R.Rahman Version 2.0



Do you believe, if someone says there would be some toughest music composition to an Oscar Winner A.R.Rahman for a film? Yes, it's for Superstar and Director Shankar's dream project 2point0.

Music Genius A.R.Rahman says his ongoing project 2Point0, starring superstar Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar, is a tough film to work on.Just think, how big director Shankar expecting from our Music God.

He adds,"It is the toughest film I am doing. Director is not happy with anything I am doing. I am trying to create something unique for India and the world,".

The composer had collaborated with Shankar for the 2010 science fiction drama Enthiran (Robot in Hindi) with Rajinikanth, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Danny Denzongpa in the lead roles.

Even the southern superstar feels it is a tough job to convince Shankar. "To work with Shankar is difficult. He is a perfectionist. That is why he is one of the biggest directors in India. This movie shoots as 3D,. hence it is a totally different experience," the 65-year-old actor said. Amy Jackson, who is working with Rajinikanth for the first time was euphoric for being a part of the project. "I had no idea that I would be a part of this film with these legends. I was intimidated initially but on sets, everyone was like my family," she said.

Adding to Oscar hero's statement, another Oscar proud Resul Pookutty already created big hype with his Twitter statement " Five Bottles of water and 4.5 hours of story narration of Director Shankar" made him speechless and very much excited about the 2POINT0 project.  

The reliable source from the industry said theme music for both Superstarrajinikanth and Akshay would be the toughest part in composition and Rahman taking more than 3 months first time just for a theme music composition.It shows his dedication and passion towards music.
